Implementation Associate

• Building HTML from scratch to replace prior Word email templates
• Setting up configurations in our products for new and existing onboards
• Reviewing data stratifications and identify anomalies
• Comparing requirements against data stratifications to identify gaps
• Other items as requested that support the implementation team's objectives

COLLABORATION:

• This role will report to the Manager of Implementation
• The Implementation team works 8am-5pm US Eastern Time (a hybrid US/IST is available)
• This role will work closely with Client Success Managers, Engineering, Data Services, Implementation Analysts, Business Leaders, and others as needed
• This role is a part of our Global Client Success department, which rolls up to IT

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :

• College degree preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Impeccable with follow through and follow up
• 2+ years of HTML experience
• 2+ years Microsoft Excel (as a power user)
