About The Team

What You Will Be Doing
- Part of Implementation team your key role will be to provide application support and help with maintenance and audit tasks
- Client Requirement Gathering
- System Configuration & Setup
- Data Mapping & Validation
- End‑to‑End UAT Coordination
- Environment Readiness Checks
- Go‑Live Preparation & Cutover Activities
- Post‑Go‑Live Monitoring & Issue Resolution
- Project Documentation & Sign‑off Management
- Integration Testing (APIs / Switch / Host)
- Regression Testing
- Change Request Evaluation & Impact Analysis
- Migration Checks (Pre/Post Load)
- Production Validation After Releases
- Audit Compliance for Implementation Activities
- Risk & Dependency Tracking for Projects
- SOP Updates & Process Improvements
- 4–7 years of experience in Implementation or Tech Support roles
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications
- Hands‑on experience with UNIX commands and SQL queries
- Ability to work independently on complex, high‑visibility projects
- Strong analytical and data‑mapping skills with deep understanding of FIS systems
- Experience interacting with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Capability to mentor others and contribute to process standards
- Excellent problem‑solving, documentation and communication skills
