Location: Client Site, Mumbai

Position: Implant IT Recruitment Lead - RPO Process
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Joining: Immediate

6 days work from the office

Key Responsibilities:

• Work from the client's office as a dedicated recruiter.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (permanent).
  
• Coordinate closely with client stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
  
• Handling Team.
  
• Ensure seamless Salary Negotiation, onboarding and documentation.
  
• Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.
  

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment (staffing or consulting firm preferred).
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Prior experience working at client site or in an RPO model is a plus.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
