Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Implant Executive to manage daily business operations, reporting, inventory coordination, and stakeholder communication. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, distributors, and customers to ensure seamless order execution and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily MIS reports on Orders vs. Shipments, Inventory, CFR, and business performance.
• Maintain SKU master data, new product listings, and SKU transitions.
• Coordinate with distributors to resolve order, inventory, operational, and AR-related issues.
• Engage with customers to improve service levels, resolve operational challenges, and enhance CFR performance.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key customers.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Implant Management.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Blinkit Office, Gurgaon.
