About this role
Job Description: Immigration Consultant / Senior Immigration Consultant:
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have prior sales experience, preferably in the immigration/visa consultancy industry.
- Mandatory experience in Canada PR counselling, including Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP).
- Meet and counsel clients interested in immigration and overseas opportunities across various countries.
- Provide accurate guidance on immigration processes, with country-specific expertise in Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, Schengen countries, etc.
- Generate prospects through outbound calls and convert them into enrolled clients.
- Generate office walk-ins and counsel prospective clients regarding overseas opportunities and profile assessment.
- Achieve assigned sales goals and targets through effective sales planning, negotiation, relationship building, and customer-focused selling.
- Maintain accurate client records and regularly update the CRM portal.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate immigration products/services to facilitate conversions.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explain services, generate appointments, and convert leads into clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, resolve their queries, and drive enrollments.
- Handle client objections and provide suitable solutions to improve conversions.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with clients.
- Support the team by sharing best practices, guidance, and sales strategies with colleagues.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong motivation for sales, target-oriented approach, and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Salary: 25,000 to 50,000 (as per the experience and performance in the interview)
