Immigration Process Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Process Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration processing, documentation, and client/candidate coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage immigration processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end immigration processing and documentation.
• Review and verify candidate documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding required documents, forms, and immigration formalities.
• Follow up with candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate records and update immigration-related information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with overseas clients/partners and provide regular status updates.
• Track application progress and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Identify documentation gaps and coordinate for corrections or additional documents.
• Handle candidate queries related to immigration processes and provide appropriate guidance.
• Ensure all processes are completed as per company procedures and timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
• Prepare regular status reports and update management on pending cases.
