Immigration Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for counseling the clients, and their enquiries selling Immigration products & services, over the phone, through email & in person.
• Counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information, Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws & policies. Pertaining to their profile and the chances of immigration.
• Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidates profile.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific targets assigned,
• Regular follow up on inquiries, Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from day to day activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
• Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries.
• Sales consultants responsible to maintain communication with clients through phone & email.
• Should be strictly target oriented
• Self Motivated

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Sales, Marketing,or related fields will be preferred.
• 14 years of experience in sales, telecalling,in immigration/visa consultancy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and explain immigration services, visa processes, and eligibility criteria clearly.
• Proven ability to generate business, follow up on leads, convert enquiries into sales, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries, and maintaining regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Self-motivated, confident, disciplined, and target-oriented, with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, email, and WhatsApp communication.
• Immediate joiners and candidates with prior immigration sales experience will be preferred.
