Immigration Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Immigration Consultant to guide clients through overseas immigration and visa processes. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong counselling ability, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding overseas immigration, visa, and migration options.
• Understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
• Explain eligibility criteria, documentation, fees, timelines, and procedures.
• Handle client queries and provide timely follow-ups.
• Assist candidates with document collection and application preparation.
• Coordinate with internal processing and documentation teams.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM regularly.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into registrations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the immigration process.
• Stay updated on relevant visa and immigration requirements.
• Achieve assigned monthly counselling, registration, and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration consultancy, overseas education, visa processing, or sales/counselling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of overseas immigration and visa processes.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
