Looking for a skilled Functional Consultant & Business Analyst with 2 to 7 years of experience in RevOps, ITSM, or commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate between business needs and platform capabilities, ensuring alignment and identifying areas for improvement.
Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
- Analyze and interpret complex business problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes or system upgrades.

Job Requirements
