Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with clients and understand their immigration requirements.
• Provide professional guidance and regular assistance throughout the immigration process.
• Explain processes, documentation requirements, and relevant services to clients.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups effectively.
• Maintain strong and positive relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case management.
• Maintain accurate client information and follow up on ongoing cases.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the process.

• Graduates and undergraduates from any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 13 years of experience in customer service, sales, consulting, telecalling, or client handling will be preferred.
