Job Description AI Engineer (Agentic AI / RAG)

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer with strong expertise in building and deploying Agentic AI and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions at scale. The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, LLM-based applications, data engineering, MLOps/AgentOps, and cloud-based deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI and RAG-based applications using modern LLM frameworks.
• Build scalable data pipelines using PySpark and orchestrate workflows through Airflow DAGs.
• Develop and optimize BigQuery SQL queries for large-scale analytics and retrieval systems.
• Implement MLOps/AgentOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and deployment tools such as ArgoCD.
• Design ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data ingestion.
• Monitor production systems using Grafana and other observability platforms.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems in production.

• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments.
• Strong understanding of distributed data processing and cloud-native architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
