Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Mass Recruitment: Manage high-volume requisitions from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination and offer rollout.
• Rapid Sourcing & Multi-Channel Campaigns: Post roles across job boards, social media, walk-in drives, and referral networks to build massive applicant pools.
• Automated Screening & Shortlisting: Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and pre-employment assessment tools to filter and grade large volumes of resumes
