Immediate requirement-Trainer

Role & responsibilities

1.Conduct training programs, including process and soft-skills training, for employees.
2.Guide and contribute to process and skill improvement initiatives.
3.Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly training calendars.
4.Ensure training data and records are accurately maintained for all training activities.
5.Customize training content based on regional requirements and business needs.
6.Monitor floor performance through On-the-Job Training (OJT) and provide necessary support.
7.Coordinate and manage all assigned training activities effectively.Maintain and manage training assets responsibly.
8.Suggest appropriate modifications and improvements to training content to the Corporate Training Team, as and when required.
9.Plan and execute training programs and training calendars in close coordination with Operations teams for both new joiners and existing associates through refresher training.
10.Ensure training assets and resources are available on time and utilized effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

*1+ years of classroom training experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or logistics industries.
*Should be comfortable setting up and developing a training function in the region, particularly in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
*Experience in high-growth organizations with an entrepreneurial mindset will be an added advantage.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence multiple Training Team members, regional stakeholders, and the Corporate Training Team.

Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across 5 stores will be required.
