Designation: Financial Advisor / Loan Officer

Location: Chennai (Virugambakkam)

Experience: 0 -5 years, Freshers with Malayalam, Telugu or Kannada preferred

Salary (CTC): 22500 to 33000/ pm (Depends on experience)

Other Benefits: Monthly Incentives + Statutory Bonus + Medical benefits.

Min Qualification: - Graduate in any stream

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contact prospect leads and to pitch banking products includes home loan, LAP, Personal Loan, etc.
• Explain products benefits, features, and eligibility criteria.
• Handle objections and resolve customer queries.
• Follow up consistently to ensure conversations.
• Record customer and transaction details and obtaining customer information.
• Schedule call-backs where necessary and take timely follow-ups.

Desired Candidates:

• The candidate should be willing to possess career in Sales background and has very good written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant work experience in sales, tele sales, telemarketing or banking preferred.

Language Skills: Must speak any one of the languages (Telugu or Malayalam or Kannada)
