NAPS Candidate / Management Intern - Order Management Support

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Intern / NAPS Trainee to support our Order Management team. This is a learning-oriented, back-office role designed to provide the candidate with comprehensive exposure to the end-to-end order management process within a specialty chemicals environment. The intern will work closely with the core order management team, assisting with ancillary and support activities, and will not be assigned direct customer-facing responsibilities or independent customer accounts.
This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is eager to build a strong foundation in supply chain operations, order processing, and customer service desk functions within a professional corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities
Order Processing Support

• Assist the core team in data entry and maintenance of sales orders in the ERP system
• Support order tracking, status updates, and order lifecycle monitoring
• Help in coordinating order confirmations and delivery schedules internally

Documentation & Data Management

• Maintain and organize order-related documents, reports, and trackers
• Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic order status summaries
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of order records and filing systems

Coordination & Internal Communication

• Liaise with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, finance, and planning to support smooth order fulfilment
• Assist in following up on open orders, pending dispatches, and delivery confirmations
• Support inter-departmental coordination for issue resolution related to orders

Customer Service Desk Support (Back-end)

• Learn and understand the functioning of the customer service desk
• Support in handling back-end queries, complaint documentation, and resolution tracking
• Gradually get familiarized with customer service desk tools, workflows, and SOPs

Learning & Development

• Participate in structured learning sessions on order management processes and best practices
• Gain hands-on exposure to ERP/SAP order management modules
• Understand the full cycle from order receipt to invoice and payment follow-up

Eligibility & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / BBA / BAF or equivalent)Other Streams Considered Any graduate stream

Experience Freshers welcome; 0 to 1 year of experience acceptable

Engagement Eligibility - Must be eligible for NAPS apprenticeship registration OR available for a 1-year management internship
