Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager Sales to drive sales and business development for our Air Compressor Division.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial compressor sales, technical/techno-commercial sales, project sales, customer development and dealer management.

Experience in centrifugal, oil-free reciprocating, gas and screw compressors will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate enquiries and business opportunities for centrifugal, oil-free reciprocating and gas compressors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants and decision-makers across South India.
• Identify new customers and develop business opportunities across industries such as automobile, textile, chemical and manufacturing.
• Track projects and work closely with consultants, customers and internal teams.
• Generate enquiries through direct sales and dealer/distributor networks.
• Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals and offers.
• Conduct techno-commercial discussions and negotiate/finalize orders.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Manage and expand the dealer/channel network.
• Conduct customer meetings, seminars and technical presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Identify new applications and market opportunities for compressed-air solutions.
• Drive sales of Diesel Portable Screw Compressors and related products.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10–15 years of experience in industrial/technical sales or business development.
• Strong experience in compressor sales or related industrial equipment.
• Experience with centrifugal / reciprocating / screw / gas compressors is preferred.
• Strong understanding of compressed-air applications.
• Experience in B2B, project and techno-commercial sales.
• Good exposure to dealer/distributor/channel management.
• Strong customer and consultant relationship-management skills.
• Experience handling customers across South India will be preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
