We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in sales or telecalling to generate leads and schedule meetings for our HRMS sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build rapport with prospective clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's HRMS solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Understand customer requirements and explain the benefits of HRMS products.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
• Stay updated on product features and industry trends.
