Immediate Opportunity For Experienced CA Professionals

Role & responsibilities

Manage Income Tax, TDS and GST compliance, including regular and correction returns.
• Handle tax notices and coordinate with tax authorities for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Statutory and Internal Auditors and manage audit requirements.
• Ensure accurate GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C reconciliation and compliance.
• Prepare and file Form 15CA/15CB as applicable.
• Provide financial and taxation support for business decisions and transactions.
• Consolidate standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Manage quarterly audits and financial reporting requirements.
• Oversee salary expense allocation across branches and divisions.
• Identify and implement improvements in taxation, accounting and financial processes.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely completion of all statutory requirements.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified CA / CMA with strong experience in taxation and accounting
7+ years of relevant professional experience
Strong knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, GST and financial reporting
Experience in handling audits and tax authorities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
High level of integrity, accuracy and compliance orientation
Experience in Financial Services / FinTech / Banking / Forex / Remittance will be an added advantage
