The Payroll Pro – Hands-on experience with PF, ESI, TDS, PT, tax slabs, and the chaos of month-end payroll.
The Modern HR Executive – An HR Generalist who was the go-to “system expert” in your team and loved the tech side of HR.

Role & responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Gathering crucial information and insights from clients or stakeholders.
• Provide end to end support
• Implementation: Ensuring the successful and timely implementation of our projects or solutions.
• Training and Go Live Assistance: Conducting training sessions for clients or team members.
• Support: Providing on-site support to address client needs and concerns.

What Youll Do

• Own functional queries across Payroll, Leave & Attendance
• Act as the HR domain expert for clients
• Confidently explain statutory calculations (PF, PT, TDS, etc.)
• Drive resolutions internally with Product/Dev teams
• Promote adoption of our AI tools (smHRty)
• Be measured on TAT, CSAT & Client Retention
