Job Title:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Patient Caller with strong communication abilities in US English. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) analysis and patient calling within the healthcare revenue cycle domain. This role requires interacting with patients to resolve billing inquiries, follow up on outstanding balances, and ensure timely collections while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to patients regarding outstanding medical bills and payment follow-ups.
• Handle patient queries related to billing, insurance claims, and payment plans in a clear and professional manner.
• Perform AR analysis to identify aging accounts, payment delays, and discrepancies.
• Work on resolving unpaid or underpaid claims by coordinating with patients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and updates in the system.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations during all communications.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a patient-centric approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in patient calling (mandatory).
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) analysis and healthcare RCM processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in US English.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Good understanding of medical billing, insurance processes, and denial management is preferred.
• Proficiency in using calling tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Mode:

• Work From Office (WFO)
