Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Designation: Manager Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
• Location: Mohali/Jaipur
• Experience: 9 to 12 years
• Salary Budget: Maximum 17 LPA Fixed CTC
• Industry Preference: Candidates from the service industry can be considered, other than manufacturing.
• Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Key Experience & Competencies

The candidate should have relevant experience in:

• Salary Benchmarking
• Compensation & Benefits Administration
• Performance Appraisal
• Bonus and PLI administration
• C&B Analytics
• Payroll
• Statutory Compliance and knowledge of relevant local laws.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Salary benchmarking experience handling either manually or through external consultants is acceptable.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Excel: Expert-level proficiency
• Microsoft PowerPoint: Expert-level proficiency
• HRMS: Working knowledge of any HRMS platform will be an added advantage.
