We are hiring multiple positions in our US Medical billing team in Chennai, Tamilnadu

Positions:

• AR Caller
• AR Analyst - Day
• AR Analyst - Night
• QA AR

1. AR Caller Role: Review and manage insurance and patient payments, including denials and adjustments. Communicate with the billing representative to address discrepancies in payments that don't meet the contracted or allowed amounts, and resolve any issues related to underpayments or non-payment.
   
2. AR Analyst Role: Interpret and analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs). Post payments, adjustments, and write-offs accurately. Balance batches with deposit totals and identify any denials, communicating them to the AR team to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

3. Quality Analyst (AR): Conduct quality audits of Healthcare RCM/AR operations, including insurance follow-ups, denials, appeals, patient collections, and account resolution, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and client SOPs. Analyze quality errors, perform root cause analysis (RCA), prepare audit reports, scorecards, and trend analyses, and identify process gaps and improvement opportunities. Provide feedback and coaching to AR associates, participate in calibration sessions, and drive corrective actions to improve quality, productivity, collections, and operational efficiency.
