Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate workers and subcontractors, monitor work progress, and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved plans and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and manpower.
• Allocate work to workers and subcontractors based on project requirements.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
• Read and understand drawings, layouts, specifications, and work instructions.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and project management teams.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and quality standards.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, defects, and material requirements.
• Maintain daily site records, attendance, work-progress reports, and material records.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and rectify unsafe or poor-quality work.
• Coordinate inspections and support testing, measurements, and handover activities.
• Minimize material wastage and ensure proper housekeeping at the site.
• Resolve routine site-level issues and escalate major issues to the Project Manager.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned activities and project milestones.
