We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, visits, referrals, and online channels.
• Contact prospective customers and explain company products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order/service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Requirements

• Any Graduate / Diploma qualification.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
