Role: Quality Trainee Healthcare/RCM
Experience: 3–5 Year

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality audits of healthcare/RCM transactions.
• Identify errors and provide feedback to operations teams.
• Maintain quality reports and audit trackers.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and client guidelines.
• Support process improvement and calibration activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of healthcare information.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate; healthcare/RCM background preferred.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail.
