Job Title: Project Engineer
Vacancies: Three (3)
Location: Bengaluru, Banashankari 2nd Stage.

Roles & Responsibilities :

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing key Client IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within Scope, Budget, and Schedule. This role requires strong Leadership, Client
Engagement, and cross-functional coordination to meet Client expectations and Internal goals.

Project Planning & Execution :

• Define project Scope, Objectives, Deliverables, and Timelines in Coordination with Internal and External Stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Allocate resources effectively and Manage resource availability.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
• Manage relationships with Clients, Vendors, and Stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly and regularly with Clients on project updates and expectations.

Project Control & Monitoring :

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within Scope, and within Budget.
• Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage changes to the project Scope, Schedule, and Costs.

Documentation & Reporting :

• Maintain Comprehensive project documentation and update Stakeholders through periodic reports.
• Report project performance to upper management and escalate issues where necessary.
  

Team Management :

• Delegate project tasks based on team members skill sets and experience levels.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
  

Process & Quality Improvement :

• Continuously improve project processes to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Attend Conferences, Training, and Development programs to stay updated with Industry trends.

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills:

• BE / Technical Degree.
• 2 to 3 years of proven project management Experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with Clients, Vendors, and Internal Teams.
• Client-focused approach and ability to manage expectations.
• Problem-solving and Decision-Making abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
• Ability to manage Budgets, Schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and Organizational skills.
• Sense of urgency
  

Preferred Technical Knowledge:

• Understanding of IT infrastructure including Networks, Hardware, and Software Systems.
• Exposure to Enterprise Project Management tools and Methodologies
  

Certifications:

• CRM
• PMP / PRINCE II or any relevant Certification is also added advantage
