Immediate opening For Production Incharge /CNC Operator /VMC Operator

We are looking for skilled CNC and VMC Operators to operate and monitor CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and VMC (Vertical Machining Centre) machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and production requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production plans and work instructions.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and measurements.
• Set up machines, load tools, and adjust machine parameters as required.
• Perform routine machine inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor machining operations to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Follow production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Report machine issues, tool wear, and production defects to the supervisor.
• Maintain production records and follow workplace safety guidelines.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations and machining processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Basic knowledge of machine tools, cutting tools, and tool offsets.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, if required.
