Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's HRMS solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Understand custome requirements and explain the benefits of HRMS products.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.

Stay updated on product features and industry trends

Required Skills

• 12 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, or telesales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills with the ability to convert inquiries into qualified leads.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in HRMS, SaaS, software, or B2B sales will be preferred.
