We are looking for an ambitious engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our core engineering team. Here, you won't just write code—you will own features end-to-end, collaborate closely with senior leaders, and get hands-on exposure to modern cloud architectures and emerging AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents).

What You Will Do

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, test, and ship responsive full-stack features from front-end interfaces to back-end microservices.
• API Architecture: Build, document, and integrate secure, high-performance RESTful APIs.
• Database & Performance Optimization: Design efficient relational database schemas, optimize complex SQL queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Cloud & DevOps Integration: Deploy, monitor, and support scalable applications across cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Production Excellence: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production bugs and live-system issues with quick turnaround times.
• Engineering Culture: Participate in peer code reviews, sprint planning, unit testing, and agile rituals to maintain robust code quality.

What We Are Looking For (Must-Haves)

• Core Fundamentals: Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and clean code principles.
• Back-End Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on development in Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask), Java (Spring Boot), OR .NET (ASP.NET Core).
• Database Skills: Solid hands-on experience with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server).
• Front-End Basics: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), with working experience in React or Angular.
• API & Integrations: Deep understanding of RESTful architecture, HTTP protocols, and JSON/XML data formats.
• Cloud & Tools: Basic hands-on familiarity with Cloud Services (AWS / Azure / GCP), Git version control, and unit testing frameworks.

Bonus Points For (Good-to-Haves)

• AI & Modern Tech: Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, AI Agents, or MCP.
• Data Engineering: Basic experience with ETL pipelines, Pandas, PySpark, or Apache Airflow.
• DevOps: Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), and basic Linux administration.
• Domain Experience: Prior background in Healthcare tech (Claims, EHR, HL7/FHIR standards).
