Assistant Manager End-to-End RCM

Experience: 8–10 years | Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US Healthcare RCM operations including AR, Denial Management, Payment Posting, Claims, and Collections.
• Lead teams and ensure productivity, quality, SLA, and client targets are achieved.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Handle client communication, escalations, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational presentations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

Business Analyst – Added Advantage

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare process flows, BRD/FRD, and SOP documentation.
• Support UAT, reporting, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Power BI/SQL is an added advantage.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end US Healthcare RCM.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong team handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
