Process:- Money control - Voice Process

Requirement:

• HSC / Graduates can apply
• Expereince Compulsory (any sales Expereince)
• Hindi communication / Average english
• Salary 15,000 to 19,000 inhand plus incentives.
• Sunday weekoff
• 2 rounds of interview

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage money control activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Provide sales support to the team by handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in mutual fund operations, including processing applications, redemptions, and transfers.
• Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Participate in outbound processes such as telesales calls to promote banking products.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry (banking/finance).
• Strong understanding of banking products, particularly mutual funds sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
