Position: Telesales Executive Lead Generation
Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Salary Details:

• Tamil: 21,000 CTC | 15,978 In-Hand + Incentives
• Malayalam: 22,000 CTC | 16,979 In-Hand + Incentives
• Kannada: 22,000 CTC | 16,979 In-Hand + Incentives

Without CTC Option:

• Tamil: 18,000 Take-Home + Incentives
• Malayalam/Kannada: 19,000 Take-Home + Incentives

Shift: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Interview Mode: Direct Walk-In

Role & Responsibilities:

• Generate personal loan leads through outbound calling.
• Explain loan products and identify potential customers.
• Maintain customer details and follow up on leads.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in Tamil V4, Malayalam V3, or Kannada V3.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
