Process: HSBC Cards HQ - Outbound Process

Location: Ashar IT park, Thane west

Education: Undergraduate & Above

Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Sunday Fixed

CTC: Up to 40,000 per month

In-Hand: Up to 35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to customers.
• Explain credit card products/services and offers.
• Generate leads and convert prospects.
• Maintain customer records and achieve assigned targets.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Outbound calling experience preferred.
• Candidates available for immediate joining preferred.
