Process: Banking Collection - Voice Process
Location: Vadgaon BK & Kothrud, Pune
Salary: 11,000 - 16,000 (In-hand) + Incentives
Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM | Sunday OFF
Role:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for loan recovery
- Follow up with customers for pending payments
- Maintain call records and ensure timely collections
Requirements:
- HSC Pass & Graduate
- Good communication skills - Hindi, Marathi & English
- Fresher & experienced both can apply
