Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage our Cashify store in Vijayapura. The candidate will be responsible for store operations, team management, sales, customer experience, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Drive sales, revenue, repair, and service targets as per business requirements.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Monitor store performance, team productivity, attendance, and discipline.
• Ensure proper inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
• Analyze daily/weekly store performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
• Conduct regular team briefings and provide coaching to team members.
• Coordinate with ASM/Cluster Manager and other internal teams for operational requirements.
• Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and overall store standards.
• Identify local business opportunities and support customer/lead generation activities.

Requirements

• 3 years plus of experience in Store Management / Retail Sales.
• Experience in mobile, electronics, telecom, consumer durable, or retail industry preferred.
• Graduate preferred.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Good communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
