Immediate Joiner - PMO Logistics

Role & responsibilities

1. Project Management & Governance

• Lead end-to-end customer and business projects across the Americas region.
• Establish project governance frameworks, project charters, workflows, stage gates, and approval processes.
• Manage project intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and benefits realization.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, SDLC standards, and governance requirements.

2. Delivery Excellence & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
• Oversee testing, validation, deployment readiness, and production implementation activities.
• Monitor project performance metrics and proactively resolve delivery challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and operational effectiveness.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between Business Owners, Product Owners, leadership teams, and project stakeholders.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
• Provide regular project status updates, executive reporting, and management insights.
• Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations and analysis.

4. PMO Operations & Reporting

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, project reports, and governance reviews.
• Coordinate project review meetings, steering committees, and leadership forums.
• Track action items, commitments, escalations, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
• Maintain project documentation, decisions register, and governance records.

5. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional project teams.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable work environment.
• Set clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Support employee development through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

6. Strategic Initiatives & Business Improvement

• Support transformation programs and strategic business initiatives.
• Capture, evaluate, and organize business improvement opportunities.
• Drive accountability and execution of leadership priorities and organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and audit requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fixed NIGHT SHIFT.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) preferred.
• 5+ years of people management and project leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management, SDLC, Business Analysis, and Governance.
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or Shared Services environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
