Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sales forecasting monthly & quarterly sales targets achievement.
- Develop relationships with major clients, Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs.
- Pertaining to negotiating price/ finalization of deals
- Research and identifying new potential market & customer, business development adding new key accounts.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with the branding and product development team to ensure brand consistency and new product launches.
- Follow up with Global Supplier on NPD, Pricing, Quality issues, Product Promotion, trails and business development.
- Coordination with the R&D Team for fulfilling the customer's requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5-15 years of work exp. in Industrial Sales or in Food ingredient, nutrition and bakery-Confectionary industry
- B2B Sales experience is mandatory
- Understanding of distribution sales, Managing P&L and target oriented approach.
