• Candidates who can work in Auroville / Puducherry are preferred.
• Strong Restaurant Operations Management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage Service.
• Team handling and staff supervision.
• Guest relationship and complaint handling.
• Food safety, hygiene and sanitation knowledge.
• Inventory and cost control.
• Staff scheduling and shift management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
