Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for an International Semi-Voice Customer Support Process across Healthcare, E-commerce, and Banking domains.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior BPO experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries through voice and non-voice channels.
- Provide customer support and assistance for Healthcare, E-commerce, or Banking processes.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Follow process guidelines and meet service quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10th / PUC / Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Must be comfortable working in US or rotational shifts.
- Candidates without an experience letter may also be considered, subject to eligibility.
