Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business teams to understand job requirements, skill sets and manpower needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, databases and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job specifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
• Handle candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, documentation and pre-joining formalities.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining and minimize offer dropouts.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring reports.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet recruitment TAT and hiring targets.
• Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company policies and applicable compliance requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the banking, BFSI, financial services or shared services domain.
• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Experience handling multiple positions and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment/MIS reporting.
• Target-oriented, organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates who are immediate joiners or can join at very short notice will be preferred.
• Candidate should be comfortable working from the Behala office, Kolkata.
