Process: Tata Digital - Customer Service Email & Chat Process
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Candidate Requirements:

• BPO experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Customer Service / Email Support / Chat Support / Non-Voice Process will be preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good typing and email drafting skills.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple systems.

Shift & Working Details:

• Boys: Shift timings may fall between 9:00 AM - 12:00 AM
• Girls: Shift timings may fall between 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Rotational

Salary:

• CTC: 22,000 per month
• In-Hand Salary: 18,000 per month
