Immediate Hiring For Recruiter professionals!!!!

We are looking for a technically sound and client-oriented recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment and client coordination across IT and Automotive/Engineering domains. The candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client requirements, deliver quality candidates, and ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Automotive, Embedded Systems, and Engineering positions.
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand job requirements, technical expectations, priorities, and hiring timelines.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and evaluate technical suitability, experience, and communication skills.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, negotiate offers, and follow up until joining.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and recruitment updates.
• Manage multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely submission of quality profiles.
• Track recruitment metrics, including CV submissions, interview conversions, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.
• Maintain candidate databases and provide regular recruitment status reports to clients and management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• BE/B.Tech degree is mandatory.
• 37 years of experience in technical recruitment across IT and/or Automotive/Engineering domains.
• Experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Testing, Cloud, Embedded Systems, Automotive Software, and related engineering skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client requirements and work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience handling both client coordination and recruitment delivery independently.
• Exposure to staffing, contract hiring, or contract-to-hire recruitment.
• Strong ownership, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines.
