Process: HERO Telesales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Explain products and services to customers.
• Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: HSC / 12th Pass.
• Basic English communication skills are acceptable.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary & Benefits:

• 13,500 per month (In-Hand).
• Unlimited incentives based on performance.

Shift Details:

• Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
• 9-hour working shift.
• 1 rotational week off.
