KeyResponsibilities:

• Contact US insurance companies on behalf of healthcare providers to check claim status.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for outstanding medical claims.
• Obtain payment details for processed claims.
• Analyze denied or rejected claims and identify the next course of action.
• Ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while delivering excellent client service.
• Understand and contribute to the overall Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.

What Were Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Under Graduates from 2024, 2025, 2026.
• Basic understanding of US Healthcare/Medical Billing is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US Shift).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare BPO industry.

• Level 3 Technical Interview

Shift Details

• US Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Fixed Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
