Profile: Tele caller Executive - Domestic BPO

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Communicate effectively in Marathi, Hindi, and Basic English.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate
• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Good communication skills in Marathi & Hindi (Basic English required)
• Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• 13,700 In-hand Salary
• Unlimited Performance-Based Incentives

Shift Details:

• 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• 1 Rotational Week Off
