Responsibilities -

• Lead end-to-end retail design and design development for new stores, renovations and expansion projects.
• Prepare and review concept designs, layouts, elevations, BOQs and working drawings.
• Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Projects, Procurement and Operations teams.
• Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective and aligned with retail standards.
• Manage external architects, consultants and design agencies.
• Review drawings and provide timely design approvals/clarifications to project teams.
• Ensure consistency in store formats & design standards.
• Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during execution.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and standardisation across projects.
• Maintain design timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as per project schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of experience in retail design / commercial projects / store development.
• Strong experience in retail fit-outs, store layouts and project design management.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and other design tools.
• Strong coordination, vendor management and project execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
