Job Description

We are hiring experienced candidates for a Voice Collections Process. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in voice collections, preferably in voice-voice, operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle collection-related activities through voice-voice channels, and written communication.

Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.

Send payment reminders and communicate outstanding dues professionally.

Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, payment status, and follow-up activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries and discrepancies.

Ensure timely follow-ups and adherence to collection targets.

Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

Maintain customer confidentiality and provide professional customer service.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Voice Collections.

Experience in Voice-Collections, Semi Voice Preferred.

Good written communication skills in English.

Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
