Immediate Hiring For Business Development Executive

The Site Visit Experience Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing the complete customer experience during property site visits. The role involves coordinating with leads, arranging site visits, explaining project details, handling customer queries, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience that increases conversion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on incoming property enquiries and leads.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Qualify leads and schedule customer meetings and property site visits.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture prospects until conversion.
• Update all customer interactions and lead details accurately in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead conversion.
• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and site-visit targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Requirements

• Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, inside sales, or real estate sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong follow-up, persuasion, and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Excel is preferred.
• Candidates with real estate experience will be an added advantage.
