Immediate Hiring For Business Development Executive / Managers

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to expand ExTravelMoney's education and forex partner network.

The role involves identifying, approaching, onboarding and activating education consultants, study-abroad consultants, travel agencies and other relevant channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new education, travel and forex channel partners.
• Build and maintain a database of potential partners within the assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and business presentations.
• Present ExTravelMoney's products, technology and partner benefits.
• Negotiate and close partnership opportunities.
• Onboard partners onto the ExTravelMoney Agent Portal.
• Train and support partners to generate transactions.
• Follow up with inactive partners and build long-term relationships.
• Generate business through education payment, forex card, foreign currency exchange and other international payment products.
• Monitor the local market and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain sales activity, partner acquisition, transaction and revenue reports.

Ideal Candidate

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience in B2B sales, channel sales, partner acquisition, banking, NBFC, forex, education, travel or financial services is preferred.
• Comfortable with field sales and local travel.
• Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
• Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
