Branch Manager : Thrissur

Key Responsibilities include:
Driving branch business and achieving sales targets
Recruiting, training, and developing Agency Managers, Advisors, and Agents
Building and strengthening the agency distribution network
Leading, mentoring, and monitoring team performance and productivity
Ensuring quality business sourcing and customer satisfaction
Maintaining compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
Executing local recruitment and business development initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience in Life Insurance/Health Insurance Agency Channel
Strong expertise in agency recruitment and team management
Proven track record in achieving business targets
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills

Experience Required:
Deputy Branch Manager: 36 Years
Branch Manager: 5–10 Years
